Unfortunately, sun damage to grapes and leaves is irreversible. There is not much to be done after a heat wave. Sorting the scorched grapes in the winery may be necessary if the bunches have been badly affected. Winter pruning can also be adapted, in the event of a heatwave or any other extreme weather conditions, to leave fewer buds, since the vines will have accumulated less reserves.
